You can easily cancel your lesson by logging into the Tutory app or by contacting us directly. It is important to do this no later than the day before. We do not impose any obligations, so you can stop or end your learning at any time.
Yes! If you feel that the teacher is not right for you, you can easily change him/her. You can also adjust the lesson times - you need to move or cancel the lesson at least the day before the lesson . This way we ensure that learning always takes place at the most convenient time for you.
Yes, classes can be held on weekends. Our goal is to make learning happen at a time that is most convenient for you, so we adapt to your schedule.
Once you log in to the Tutory app, you'll find all your lessons in one place. Just click the "Join Lesson" button and you'll be taken to a virtual classroom where your teacher will be waiting for you.
Our team consists of carefully selected teachers and tutors with 3-20 years of experience. For them, it is most important that each student feels understood, motivated, and achieves their goals.
If the student doesn't like the teacher, that's okay 🙂. You can always change the teacher to another one until you find the right one. The first lesson is free so that the student can try it out and choose. The most important thing for us is that the child feels good and wants to learn.
You can pay through the Tutory.app system - in the "Accounts" section, you will select how many lessons you want to pay for, and the system will redirect you to your bank. You can also make a direct transfer to our account. Please pay for at least one lesson in advance.
