By paying for the Services, the Service Recipient hereby confirms that he and the Student have previously properly familiarized themselves with the publicly announced terms of the Agreement, that they have been disclosed and explained to him in detail, that the Service Recipient has understood and agrees to all terms of the Agreement and strictly undertakes to comply with them.
 

Before ordering the Services, the Service Recipient and the Student must thoroughly evaluate all publicly available information about the Services provided to them, as well as their ability to connect and participate in lessons.
 

By paying for the Services, the Service Recipient confirms that he/she purchased the Services with all correct and comprehensive information necessary to make a decision, including but not limited to the duration, date, progress, price, quality, etc. of the Services.
 

The time of provision of the Service cannot be changed without the consent of the Service Provider. If the student does not arrive or refuses the Service, the Service is not compensated.
 

The service recipient may apply for free time or transfer of a course subject to free time no later than 24 hours before the start of the lesson.
 

The service provider reserves the right to change the time or not depending on the schedule at that time.
 

If lessons are missed due to illness and a doctor's note is provided, lessons are spread over the following weeks, with one more lesson per week than planned. The service provider reserves the right to distribute the missed lessons or not, depending on the schedule at that time.
 

The Service Provider, having determined that the User violates the obligations and/or prohibitions set out in the clauses of these Rules, has the right to cancel the User's registration without prior notice or the User's consent and not to refund the price paid by the User for the paid Service.
