From day one, we have followed one principle – we do not hire to grow. We hire only when we find someone we believe in.
Every year, we receive more students than we can accept. However, we do not aim to expand the team or reach a certain number of teachers as quickly as possible.
We invite only those teachers to join the team who are excellent in their subject, are able to explain complex things simply and sincerely care about the progress of each student.
If we do not find such a person, we continue to search until we find the most suitable one.
